Our client faced a crucial issue in entering and reconciling the bulk of their patient data for government healthcare schemes while ensuring its accuracy and security.   • The bot accesses Outlook, reads the emails and extracts relevant information.
  • Then it logs into the CGHS and the ECHS portals, reads patient data, and verifies entry status.
  • After keying and reconciling the data, the bot sends either a successful completion mail to the authorized person or an exceptional mail to the user.
