3–5 days. Not a first draft — the same program structure RPATech delivers internationally. Your trainers receive the full curriculum module by module, facilitation flow and pacing, hands-on labs and how to run them, assessment design, and delivery quality standards. They walk away with the trainer guide, slide decks, lab guide, exercise bank, assessment pack and delivery playbook — everything needed for ongoing internal delivery. 18 weeks. Hiring for agentic skills is hard because the talent pool barely exists. RPATech builds it: a structured 18-week cohort program from automation and AI fundamentals through UiPath and Microsoft platform skills, applied prompt engineering, agent building and real capstone delivery — with full assessment records per candidate, and the option to shape the later weeks to your tech stack.
