AI Automation Train-and-Hire

18 weeks. Hiring for agentic skills is hard because the talent pool barely exists. RPATech builds it: a structured 18-week cohort program from automation and AI fundamentals through UiPath and Microsoft platform skills, applied prompt engineering, agent building and real capstone delivery — with full assessment records per candidate, and the option to shape the later weeks to your tech stack.
