We deal with so much of data here in our system... every patient may have hundreds of interactions or episodes within a day. So to reconcile all the data is really a tough task. With RPA we've been able to do things which would not have been humanly possible to do.

Our backend accounting process was totally manual, it was excel-based, and prone to a lot of errors. We were wasting a lot of man hours as well. When COVID-19 cases peaked, we lagged in uploading our patient’s data on the ICMR portal. By automating our process on UiPath platform through RPATech, we successfully uploaded the bulk of patient’s data on the ICMR portal and brought accuracy frequency in our operations.
