We deal with so much of data here in our system... every patient may have hundreds of interactions or episodes within a day. So to reconcile all the data is really a tough task. With RPA we've been able to do things which would not have been humanly possible to do.

Our backend accounting process was totally manual, it was excel-based, and prone to a lot of errors. We were wasting a lot of man hours as well. Hence, we thought that we should move to roboting and RPATech was our partner in doing the same. The team from RPATech was very professional and understood our needs. Gradually, we were able to get roboting in place and the desired information seamlessly flowed to-and-fro from our tally and manual screens to automation, and vice-versa. And the desired results and accuracy above all was achieved.

Earlier, the entire process used to take 15-20 minutes, and there were chances to lose minor details. With RPA we have done the automation and now all the customer code gets created within 2-min, without manual intervention, and without any error. When COVID-19 cases peaked, we lagged in uploading our patient’s data on the ICMR portal. By automating our process on UiPath platform through RPATech, we successfully uploaded the bulk of patient’s data on the ICMR portal and brought accuracy frequency in our operations. Uploading numerous patient’s data became seamless like never before, and was time-saving, cost-saving, and highly scalable.

The automation solution developed by RPATech has significantly transformed our customer order management process. Delivering the order to our esteemed customers within the timeline is crucial for us. Yet, managing change requests in orders and errors in invoices were often challenging to deal with. We have witnessed significant efficiency and productivity gains from the solution, and now we are planning to replicate the solution to our other plants as well.
